What is free
The language selection, introduction, JUO64 selection experience, card view, and short card message are available without purchasing a video-access pass.
30-day introductory period
An eligible account receives 30 days of introductory access from its first registration date. Reinstalling the app or creating the same account again does not restart that account’s introductory period.

Local prices, currencies, taxes, and availability may vary. The price displayed by your marketplace immediately before purchase is controlling.
Renewal
JUO64’s intended model is user choice at the end of an access period. A new payment requires the purchase flow shown in the app unless a marketplace purchase screen clearly discloses and you expressly accept automatic renewal. Always review the marketplace confirmation screen.
Refunds and billing problems
Purchases are processed by Google Play, Apple App Store, or ONE Store. Request a refund or report an unauthorized or duplicate charge through the marketplace used for the purchase. JUO64 can help identify the product and account status but does not receive your full card details and may not be able to issue a marketplace refund directly.
Account deletion
Deleting an account does not automatically reverse a completed marketplace purchase. See Account Deletion before deleting your account.

Windows & Safari Direct Payment Guide
This guide applies only to direct payments through the website. It does not apply to payments or refunds through Google Play, Apple App Store, or ONE Store. Marketplace purchases remain subject to the existing guidance above.
Access passes and payment
- This guide applies to access passes purchased directly through the JUO64 website on Windows PCs and in Safari on iPhone.
- Prices are KRW 4,400 for 1 month, KRW 22,000 for 6 months, and KRW 44,000 for 12 months.
- Toss Payments card quick payment is being prepared. Payment will not be shown as available until the integration is complete.
- Existing eligibility for free access and the 30-day free period remain unchanged.
Automatic renewal
- Automatic renewal applies only when the user has expressly agreed to it.
- If you do not choose automatic renewal, no payment is taken automatically when your access period ends.
- Cancelling automatic renewal stops the next payment. It is separate from requesting a refund for an access pass already purchased.
- Automatic renewal will not be shown as available until the feature is connected and working.
Early cancellation and refunds
- Refunds are calculated on a daily pro rata basis using the amount actually paid and the remaining access period.
- The total number of access days is the number of calendar days between the actual start date and expiry date.
- Refund amount = amount actually paid × remaining access days ÷ total access days
- The calculated refund is rounded up to the next KRW 100 increment. Any remainder below KRW 100, however small, is rounded up to the next KRW 100 increment.
- The refund will not exceed the amount actually paid.
- No separate penalty is charged for early cancellation.
- Statutory withdrawal rights and consumer rights take precedence.
